Kamala Harris just got some pretty bad news about the upcoming election.
While this is hitting Harris hard, I am sure that Donald Trump is all smiles.
Third-party candidate Cornel West just found out that he will be on the Michigan ballot.

Democrats are terrified of these other third-party candidates right now.
While Kennedy was taking away from Trump, everyone else is hurting Harris.
Dems have been making moves to have Jill Stein and West removed from the ballot, but they struck out in Michigan, a key Blue Wall state that Harris needs to win this election.
Judge James Robert Redford wrote, “The state defendants are ordered to qualify West and Abdullah as independent candidates for the ballot, on the condition that the Board of State Canvassers does not determine they are disqualified after a review of the signatures on the qualifying petitions and West complies with MCL 168.590d(2).”
West was clearly excited about the decision, posting, “Victory in Michigan! We brought thousands of voices to the table, and the court listened, rejecting the Democrats’ technical challenges.
“This is a win for democracy and for every person fighting for truth, justice, and love. Onward!”
West knows he cannot win this election, but he clearly has an ax to grind with Harris and appears to be running solely to block her quest to be the first woman elected to the White House.
West did get some bad news, however, but I am sure he will fight it.
In a similar case in Pennsylvania, West was denied, so he will have to appeal the case if he expects to be on the ballot in PA, another Blue Wall state.
