Montana State Rep. Zooey Zephyr’s political career may be over before it ever really got started.
Zephyr gained national headlines for making some rather crass statements during a legislative session.
That led to the liberal horde trying to take over the state House.
Zephyr lost the right to speak on the floor, and now he has found out that right is gone for good.
Not Happening
Zephyr went to court to try to have his rights restored for speaking on the floor.
He had been censured by the House for his previous statements and actions.
District Court Judge Mike Menahan rejected Zephyr’s appeal.
His reasoning… he did not want to interfere with legislative authority.
His ruling stated that doing so “would require this court to interfere with legislative authority in a manner that exceeds this court’s authority.”

Zephyr responded, “It’s a really sad day for the country when the majority party can silence representation from the minority party whenever they take issue.”
Here’s an idea, act like an elected official instead of a deranged nutcase and you will not lose your right to speak on the floor.
More and more, it seems like the people getting elected to office are in that five percent of the extreme on either side.
If we keep going down this road, this country will never recover from this mess.
