If you thought Joe Biden was done using his executive order pen, think again.
According to climate czar John Kerry, we are about to get hit with a lot more.
Since Joe Biden cannot get climate legislation passed, he plans on doing all these mandates by order now.

I am pretty sure Kerry is out of his mind, but that is another topic altogether.
As far as climate change legislation goes, he said the Inflation Reduction Act was climate legislation in disguise.
Kerry stated, “Well, we’re doing a lot more than just the IRA.
“The IRA is a package that in and of itself can get the 40%.
“But in addition to that, the president is issuing executive orders.
“There’ll be changes on automobile, on light truck, heavy truck, heavy duty, a number of initiatives that are being taken by states, subnational, cities…”
He concluded, “So, we have a lot of other options, tools if you will, in the toolkit besides the IRA.”
