400 Pages of Documentation Revealed Connecting Bidens and…

The Department of Justice is putting up as many barriers as possible to prevent the release of 400 pages of documentation showing payments made to Hunter and brother Jim Biden. The DOJ was sued in March by attorney Kevin Evans in CO for failure to comply with the Freedom of Information Act. Evans is an expert on the FOIA. He asked for documents that had anything to do with Biden transactions.

Biden dragging his feet

The department at first claimed they had 400 pages of “potentially relevant” correspondence, but now it doesn’t even exist. Government lawyers admitted their existence in court but now they can’t confirm or deny it.

David Weiss is a justice department prosecutor. He’s considering a criminal case against Hunter pertaining to money laundering, illegal foreign lobbying and tax crimes related to overseas business deals.

Biden records being requested

There’s more than 400 pages of documents being asked for. The Obama White House is going to have documents released too that have information related to Hunter’s business dealings with the Ukrainian gas company Burisma. The National Archives and Records Administration is working on this.

Joe Biden was Vice President when these actions occurred, he was responsible for these relationships. Hunter served on the Board with pay amounting to $83,000 a month.

The President can veto

Biden can say no to the release and he can put a stop to any further efforts toward that until 2029. The records date back to 2014 and contain multiple references to Burisma.

Evans filed his request for records back in November of 2020 but the justice department has been dragging its feet since then. Evans noted, “They eventually produced about 60 pages of documents, but they’re all letters from senators and congressmen asking about Hunter, and letters from DoJ back.”
