Migrants are again being sent to those who seem to want them. Border towns don’t have the capacity to deal with them so Texas Governor Greg Abbott, among other southern states, bussed dozens of them to Kamala Harris’ home. Other Democrat areas have received these too, Chicago, Martha’s Vineyard and New York City. About 50 migrants arrived late Saturday night at the US Naval Observatory.
Migrants need to go somewhere
Christian Flores, a reporter, shared video on Twitter of migrants boarding a bus to go to a local church. CNN’s Noah Grey said Amy Fischer from Migrant Solidarity Mutual Aid reported that the migrants were originally headed to New York but got diverted to DC due to weather.
The Supreme Court is deciding the fate of Title 42 to see whether we can turn those who cross the border away. Several Republican lead states are fighting the Biden administration to keep this going, to try to keep the border chaos down.

Many migrants
Over two million migrants came into the country fiscal year 2022. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Chris Magnus reported in October that failed governments to the south were driving people up here, “failing regimes in Venezuela, Cuba, and Nicaragua”.
Abbott reminded people that Biden picked Harris to lead border efforts that’s she’s failed miserably at doing. Abbott’s statement at the time was,
“The Biden-Harris Administration continues ignoring and denying the historic crisis at our southern border, which has endangered and overwhelmed Texas communities for almost two years. Our supposed Border Czar, Vice President Kamala Harris, has yet to even visit the border to see firsthand the impact of the open border policies she has helped implement, even going so far as to claim the border is ‘secure.’ Texas will continue sending migrants to sanctuary cities like Washington, D.C. until President Biden and Border Czar Harris step up and do their jobs to secure the border.”

Harris swung at Abbott
In October on NBC’s Late Night with Seth Meyers she said Abbott’s actions were “an absolute dereliction of duty. If you see a problem and we agree that we need to address it, then if you’re a leader, participate in a solution, right? They’ve fled great harm and they are coming here seeking refuge. Talk about political theater.”
When the migrants were dropped off in 18 degree temperatures outside Harris’ house they were wearing only T shirts or light sweatshirts. They were given blankets and bussed to a local church. Abbott has shipped over 8,400 migrants to DC alone since this past spring.
