3yr Old Calls 911, When Cops Arrive They Couldn’t Believe What They Witnessed

A three-year-old calls 911 and when the police arrived, they cannot believe what they saw.

A 911 operator named Mary took the call shortly after 8 a.m. “Hello? 911? Hello?”

That was when she heard a heartbreaking voice on the other end of the line.

“Momma?” a child asked. Mary immediately went on high alert, questioning why a young child had called 911.

“Can you hear me?” she asked. Sadly, all she could hear was unintelligible baby talk on the line. “Is your mommy or daddy there with you? Hello? Do you have mommy or daddy with you?”

The operator was left shocked when the child whispered, “No.”

Mary quickly responded to the child on the other end. “Call mommy or daddy. Tell them someone is on the phone for them, okay?”

She heard a rustling sound through her headset and at the same time began to wonder if the child’s mother was injured. Then the child explained, “Ah no, she went out.”

Mary was doing everything she possibly could to help this child but she could barely hear them. “Can you stay on the phone with me and talk to me?”

She continued to ask questions to find the location of the call. “Is that your puppy I hear? What’s your name? What age are you? Are you still there?”

The call had ended, but not before Mary was able to locate the origin of the call.

The call was tracked to Oak Hill, Florida and officers were dispatched to the location to investigate further.

However, once police arrived at the trailer home they discovered more than they were expecting.

The small trailer was incredibly dirty with two dogs trapped inside a cage and a third running loose.

But the most shocking discovery was a loaded gun that had been left out so the children could “play” with it. The fridge was completely empty and the children had nothing to eat.

AWM reported that 26-year-old mom, Yajaira Tirado was arrested and charged with two counts of child neglect.

She lied to authorities and told them that “she had only been gone for five minutes” to buy groceries with the neighbor. But when the cops put more pressure on her to tell the true story, she admitted it was all a lie. She admitted she had left the three-year-old in charge and that she thought the shotgun was broken.

A neighbor had watched the negligent mother leave the trailer on a golf cart for undisclosed reasons.

The two children were removed from Tirado’s custody. And now the state is investigating the extent of the abuse.
