The Secret Service is requesting that volunteers wanting to help the effort in Ukraine, as freelance freedom-fighters, refrain from showing up at the embassy unannounced and ready for battle. The feds arrested two more, which gave the news crews some excitement. Especially since the peaceful truckers have everyone inside the beltway going frantic in anticipation of lawless deplorable insurrection.
More armed volunteers arrive
More volunteers for the resistance arrived at the Ukraine Embassy in Washington, D.C. and they were promptly arrested by the Secret Service. Something similar happened when one individual was arrested and charged with bringing weapons to the embassy building.
You can’t really blame them. The situation’s so time critical they were ready for the diplomats to whisk them off to a transport plane. At the very least, the gear backed up their resumes.
In the most recent incident, the two men were hauled away after reportedly “acting suspiciously.” That doesn’t go over real well in Georgetown. Folks like John Kerry lurch around there. Nancy Pelosi has a place in the neighborhood too.
The last thing they want to see is anyone wearing camo. Thursday’s volunteers were ready for action. “Officers found weapons and body armor in their car.” You bet. How ya gonna whack a dirty Russki without firepower?
The soldiers quickly admitted to police “they had driven from Indiana to volunteer to fight in the war in Ukraine.”
The cops who called it in to the Washington Post are still chuckling about it. These fresh volunteers come after an unidentified mercenary similarly appeared at the embassy “with weapons wanting to fight.”
Mass media coverage
The network media coverage of the incident was wall-to-wall. Video’s are making the rounds which show “more than a half dozen U.S. Secret Service officers, who are tasked with protecting politicians and their families, searching through a black four-door Ford sedan with Indiana plates.”
The plate frame reads “Marine Corps Veteran.” The liberals make sure to note it might not be owned by one of them, so it doesn’t mean one or both volunteers were Marines. Instead, they focus on the gear.
They weren’t brandishing any weapons when the volunteers arrived at the embassy. All their gear was stowed securely, most in the trunk. The cops impounded “what appeared to be an assault-style rifle and body armor components from the vehicle.”
One helpful citizen “was arrested for possession of a prohibited weapon, carrying a dangerous weapon, unlawful transportation of a firearm, unregistered ammunition, unregistered firearm and carrying a firearm without a license.” The other got off easy, arrested “for possession of a prohibited weapon and carrying a dangerous weapon.”
Witnesses relate that the two volunteers were separated “before being taken away in a Secret Service van.” Cops couldn’t wait to get the car unpacked and go through an on-camera inventory of their equipment.
The camouflage backpack was stuffed with useful things, including ammunition, which totally freaked out local liberals. They think bullets go off all by themselves if you so much as look at them.
