Just as we feared, the failed assassination attempt against Donald Trump has only spurred more attempts.
Multiple people were arrested the week of the Republican National Convention, and the craziness has continued.
A Texas woman was recently arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) for traveling to DC to allegedly kill Trump.
The Loonies Are Out
According to local reports, Christina Montoya was caught carrying an unlicensed firearm and a magazine with the intent of going after Trump.
The only problem for Montaya was that when she traveled to DC to kill Trump, the former president was in the Hamptons talking to donors.
A local station reported, “It’s also unknown the timeline of when she allegedly made them in the context of her Friday arrest, but the police report lists an ‘offense start date’ of July 20, 2024.
“According to a police report, MPD arrested Montoya less than a mile from Capitol Hill and about three miles from the White House.
“She had the gun and a magazine on her at the time, authorities say.”
The report continued, “Montoya faces charges of possessing an unregistered firearm, carrying a pistol without a license and threats against a former president.
“Donald Trump was listed as a victim on the latter charge.”
This is all a product of the rhetoric that has been pitched by Democrats since Trump announced that he would be running for president again.
They have called him a Nazi, a racist, a sexist, and any other name you can possibly think of to make him sound like a threat to our way of life.
To be honest, I am stunned it took this long for one of these whackos to go after Trump the way Democrats have whipped them up.
