Yes, there was another mass shooting.
This time it took place in California.
After the shooting took place, there was national outrage from Democrats due to where the shooting took place.
Gunmen is Dead
The shooter neutralized himself, killing himself in the back of a van that had been spotted at two different locations.
The man entered the Star Ballroom Dance Studio and started shooting.
He killed five man, five women, and injured 10 more.
He left that scene and went to another dance studio, the Lai Lai Ballroom, but his efforts were thwarted by someone who was able to wrestle the gun away.
Both of these studios are in a predominantly Asian community made up of migrants and first generation Asian Americans.
The gunman fled the scene.
When police found the van, the shooter was inside, having taken his own life, with weapons linked to the crime also inside the van.

The shooter was identified as 72-year-old Huu Can Tran, presumably a local resident who, according to locals, had a domestic dispute.
It had nothing to do with Asian hate, nothing to do with conservatives, and nothing to do with white supremacy.
