Democrats have once again been caught aiding a wife-beating illegal alien. This time, a judge was caught “intentionally” misdirecting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents while allowing the illegal alien to flee out of a back entrance.
FBI Director Kash Patel announced on April 25 that Judge Hannah Dugan, of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, had been arrested for helping a Mexican illegal alien evade ICE agents.
Last week, ICE agents arrived at a Milwaukee County Courthouse to arrest Eduardo Flores Ruiz, who had just had a hearing before Dugan on domestic violence charges. When ICE showed up, the judge directed them to wait in Chief Judge Carl Ashley’s office, then went and told the illegal alien to exit the courtroom through a side door, allowing him to temporarily evade ICE agents — though they did end up catching him on foot soon after.
“We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, allowing the subject — an illegal alien — to evade arrest,” Patel said in a post on X. “Thankfully, our agents chased down the perp on foot and he’s been in custody since, but the Judge’s obstruction created increased danger to the public.” Patel ended up deleting the original post and reposting it without previous typos.

Patel also noted that the FBI would be sharing more information “soon,” and thanked the FBI Milwaukee Field Office for their help arresting the judge.
Dugan’s arrest was also confirmed by U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, who stated in an X post: “I can confirm that our @FBI agents just arrested Hannah Dugan – a county judge in Milwaukee – for allegedly helping an illegal alien avoid an arrest by @ICEgov. No one is above the law.”

Chief Judge Ashley sent an email to other judges about the initial incident, noting that ICE agents had shown a warrant for Ruiz’s arrest and had followed courthouse protocols. In response to that email, Dugan insisted that she did nothing wrong because a warrant was supposedly “not presented” directly to her.
Dugan has been charged with two felonies: obstructing a U.S. agency and concealing an individual to stop an arrest. Each of these charges carries a maximum sentence of six years and a $350,000 fine.

This is just the latest incident of Democrats outright supporting criminal illegal aliens, even ones who have been accused of domestic violence, as the left has effectively made El Salvadoran illegal alien Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a confirmed member of MS-13 and wife beater, their mascot.
