Well, it appears the cat’s out of the bag. Now we know who’s been bankrolling the groups behind pro-Palestinian protests that have been happening across the United States since the start of the Israel-Hamas war on October 7th.

Multimillionaire tech mogul and founder of IT consulting firm Thoughtworks, Neville Roy Singham, and his wife Jodie Evans, co-founder of left-wing anti-war group Code Pink, are the primary funders of The People’s Forum.

This organization is labeled as a “movement incubator for working class and marginalized communities” and “nurtures the next generation of visionaries and organizers who believe that through collective action a new world is possible.”

The People’s Forum has been actively involved in organizing several pro-Palestine protests in the wake of Hamas’ attack on Israel. These demonstrations have failed to condemn the terrorist organization’s actions, instead calling for an end to US aid to what they refer to as “Zionist occupation”.

Moreover, posters were seen with slogans such as “From river to sea Palestine will be free” – language which has been viewed as antisemitic by many observers. On Nov 4th The People’s Forum organized another protest called ‘Shut it down for Palestine’ which was intended to call for an end to U.S support for Israel.

In response to accusations that The People’s Forum may be linked with Chinese propaganda outlets such as Dongsheng News – which shares an address with them – Rep Mike Gallagher (R WI), chair of the Select Committee on Strategic Competition between U S & Chinese Communist Party, commented: “The CCP uses tools like Confucius Institutes on college campuses, TikTok’s addictive algorithm, and organizations like those that Mr. Singham funds to divide and weaken America.”

Furthermore Senator Marco Rubio (R FL) wrote a letter asking Attorney General Merrick Garland investigate whether Singham and groups he supports violate Foreign Agents Registration Act thru their support CCP organizations. He requested DOJ investigate 3 groups in connection including Dongsheng News and Code Pink.
