It’s no secret that the Biden Administration is in a crisis.
For months, Republican lawmakers have been increasingly vocal about their disapproval of President Joe Biden and his handling of the border situation.
And most recently, a Fox News segment between two guests devolved into a shouting match over President Joe Biden’s border crisis, forcing host Harris Faulkner to end it.
The crisis in the U.S. has been brought on by Biden’s refusal to approve military housing for migrants in New York City – an issue that Mayor Eric Adams has pleaded for federal assistance on.
The news segment erupted into chaos after two guests got into a heated argument about how President Joe Biden had been handling the immigration crisis at the southern border.
Political analyst Gianno Caldwell and liberal contributor Richard Fowler debated over who was responsible for providing relief to migrants seeking asylum at the US-Mexico border.
Harris Faulkner, host of Fox News’ Outnumbered tried her best to bring order back to the segment but was unsuccessful in doing so as both sides refused to give up their points.
Caldwell argued that President Joe Biden has ignored pleas from mayor Eric Adams of New York City who has asked for federal assistance amid rising migrant numbers in his city.
He also stated that more than 1.5 million people had crossed over into America without being thoroughly screened due to them avoiding checkpoints along the way.
Fowler countered this by arguing that it cannot be fixed solely by the White House alone and requires action from both Democrats and Republicans in Congress working together with them in order to come up with solutions which can help alleviate some of these issues faced at the border today.
