Donald Trump Announcement STUNS Supporters

Many believe that if an indictment comes down, Trump will back down from running for president.

That will not be the case.

While talking to Hugh Hewitt, Trump said indictment or not, if he is going to run, he will run.

Risky Move

Trump told Hewitt, “I can’t imagine being indicted. I’ve done nothing wrong.

“I don’t think the people of the United States would stand for it.

“And as you know, if a thing like that happened, I would have no prohibition against running. You know that.”

He later added, “There is no reason that they can [indict], other than if they’re just sick and deranged, which is always possible, because I did absolutely … nothing wrong.”

Trump had been sliding in popularity, now currently leading the field against other republicans, and a recent Fox News poll revealed that there is little sympathy for him on the FBI raid.

Almost 70 percent of those polled believe that Trump was wrong for taking the documents out of the White House.

Additionally, the majority surveyed said that his political rhetoric is just too “overheated.”

It sounds like people are growing weary of the endless drama around him.

Don’t get me wrong, his loyal supporters will line up behind him regardless, but that is not enough to win the White House, especially if he has an indictment hanging over his head.

It may be time for Trump to seriously consider stepping away and letting someone else take over the MAGA movement.

If he runs and fails, well, with the Democrats’ plans, the GOP may not see the White House again for decades.
