When one tenant was having some difficulty making her rent, this landlord made an incredibly thoughtful gesture to show sympathy for their situation.
This landlord serves as a wonderful example of selflessness and compassion.
Michigan mother of four Christina Marie found herself in a tight situation as she struggled to figure out how to keep her apartment in Saginaw.
Marie was forced to stay home with her children due to them being unable to go to school because of the pandemic virus, sacrificing her job as a result.
Luckily, Marie received a call from her landlord that put her at ease, at her most desperate and stressful moment.
She was overjoyed, even as she narrated how it all happened, she said, “My landlord Alan called me earlier today and told me not to bother about the rent for this month and that we will worry about it later, which I said okay!”
Thankfully, the landlord also went so far as to help Marie with food as well, loading her up with all the products she needed.
Marie discovered her front porch was filled with food, milk, produce, and even diapers for her children.
“Then he asked me if we had food. I told him how I had three packs of meat left and needed to go this week, and he told me, okay, be safe. Then I get a text saying, go to your front porch, please!!! And I see this. I couldn’t tell you how I feel right now for him to do this for my family. My heart is so touched. GOD BLESS YOU.”
This beautiful story is definitely what we need in the world right now, with all this chaos.
