Judge Allows Rapist to CHOOSE His Prison Sentence

In a shocking and controversial move, a judge allowed a rapist to pick between two prison sentences for his punishment.

28-year-old former jail guard Brandon Scott Price was convicted of sexually assaulting a female inmate he had been instructed to drive to the emergency room of a nearby hospital.

Price drove the woman to Frankfort Regional Medical Center, where he remained with her until the end of his shift.

During that time, Price allegedly continued to make “sexually-charged comments” towards the inmate.

The woman was later discharged back into Price’s custody, wherein he pulled off to a secluded road to sexually assault the shackled inmate.

After returning her to the jail, she reported the abuse, which Price attempted to deny for sometime before admitting to the crime.

The female inmate filed a lawsuit and Price was charged with third-degree sodomy, which was later reduced to second-degree sexual assault.

After being convicted, you would think the judge would hand Price a lengthy prison sentence…but think again.

Instead, Judge Thomas Wingate gave him a choice of punishment: go to jail for 12 months or enlist in the U.S. Armed Forces.

Understandably, this decision has drawn a great deal of criticism, as the sentence is a big slap in the face to Price’s victim and the brave individuals enlisted in the U.S. Armed Forces.
