A group of disgruntled voters had their quest to upend the 2020 election finally ended by the Supreme Court.
The case of Kevin O’Rourke et al against Dominion Voting Systems and Facebook has been denied.
This should put an end to any other election cases still lingering from the 2020 election.

According to the plaintiffs, Facebook and Dominion Voting Systems “engaged in concerted action to interfere with the 2020 presidential election through a coordinated effort to, among other things, change voting laws without legislative approval, use unreliable voting machines, alter votes through an illegitimate adjudication process.”
The case failed in the first quest, with Judge Timothy Tymkovich ruling that the petitioners “allege no particularized injury traceable to the conduct of Defendants, other than their general interest in seeing elections conducted fairly and their votes fairly counted.”
The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals also dismissed it.
The Supreme Court’s refusal of the case was the final hope.
The court did not give any reason for the refusal, nor were they any noted dissents.
Basically, O’Rourke and company were given a slap across the face and told to go away.
