As a result, some people fear it and want the Second Amendment ended. Biden’s speech shows what his side caters to since criminals by definition don’t obey laws. So Florida state Rep. Randy Fine (R) simply tweeted out what many are thinking. There are consequences for threatening our defenses. Some wanted to report the tweet to Twitter Safety, the FBI and the Secret Service. He just stated the truth.
The Second Amendment protects against lawbreakers
This can include the highest office in the land. Since Rep. Fine just said it out loud against a Democrat President, people lost their minds.
Biden’s speech was written to raise emotion to pass another useless gun law.
“As a nation, we have to ask: When in God’s name are we going to stand up to the gun lobby? When in God’s name will we do what we all know in our gut needs to be done? I am sick and tired of it. We have to act. And don’t tell me we can’t have an impact on this carnage. What in God’s name do you need an assault weapon for except to kill someone? Deer aren’t running through the forest with Kevlar vests on, for God’s sake. It’s just sick. And the gun manufacturers have spent two decades aggressively marketing assault weapons which make them the most and largest profit. For God’s sake, we have to have the courage to stand up to the industry.”

The Second Amendment provides for defense
Rep. Fine didn’t care for Biden taking aim at the gun industry which is part of our Constitutional guarantee. He wanted to make it perfectly clear to his constituents as to where he came down on that.
He tweeted out, “I have news for the embarrassment that claims to be our President. [T]ry to take our guns and you’ll learn why the Second Amendment was written in the first place.”

Some consider the Second Amendment a threat
Probably since Rep. Fine’s tweet didn’t get a lot of likes and he just stated the truth, the tweet still stands so far and his account hasn’t been deleted. There are people who’d like him muzzled.
Some thought the tweet was a threat and thought it should be reported. Rep. Innocent death can be prevented
In at least one shooting recently, the shooter was a felon. He had a firearm anyway.
Michael Moore joined the chorus of those wanting the Second Amendment abolished. “We don’t need the sensible stuff. We need the hard-core stuff that is going to protect ourselves and our children.” Those against the Second Amendment went a step further and tried to paint Rep. Fine as a monster. Support for firearms appeared to be his initial reaction rather than the heartbreak of losing a child. Fine corrected that, “I will never forget presenting a bill on the Floor as I watched my colleagues become frenetic as we learned about Parkland.
