Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky is among the many who wonder if Biden’s mental problems pose a “national security risk”. Biden can fire off a string of words that can encourage an aggressive country to take aim and pull that trigger. On top of that, he contradicts his team, making it sound like he doesn’t remember what he said. Cognitive decline can happen to anybody, including the commander in chief.
Mental problems can be scary
The amount of damage done can depend on the person. Paul spoke with Jesse Watters, “A lot of times when you’re around somebody who’s in cognitive decline, you find yourself trying to help them with a sentence, trying to help them complete it and say, oh no, that’s not what you really mean. Let me help you complete the sentence. We shouldn’t have to do that for the commander-in-chief.”
The world is watching for our leadership. We’re supposed to be strong but we’re not. The polls aren’t showing confidence in this administration.
The White House has had to walk back multiple Biden gaffes in the past three days and this was seriously Joe’s response:

The mental problems are an invitation
For itchy trigger fingers. Paul continued that we’re “sending signals that no one in their right mind would want to send to Russia at this point. We aren’t trying to replace Putin in Russia, we aren’t trying to have regime change, we’re not sending troops into Ukraine, and we’re not going to respond in kind with chemical weapons. So, none of those things are true.”
You don’t want somebody with mental problems talking about nuclear weapons but we’re staring that in the face. Biden may send American troops to the Ukraine and spoke of using nuclear weapons.
Americans can see the mental decline
Biden said Putin “cannot remain in power”, but then he turned around and said, “None of the three occurred.” Paul said he’s not on this planet, “He lives in an alternate universe where he just says they’re not true, and he didn’t say them. So, I guess you’re supposed to look the other way. Even the left-wing media is noticing these gaffes. I do think that it is a real problem. We’re worried about what he’s saying precipitating or escalating the conflict in Ukraine into a world war. That’s very serious. It’s just intemperate speech, is what it is.”
McLaughlin & Associates said over half of Americans, 59%, want Biden to take a cognitive test. At his last physical it was conspicuously missing. So when his inner circle said he’d run again in 2024 at the age of 82, nobody believed it.
