The pompous and self-righteous Rep. James Clyburn (D-S.C.) is involved in some shady stuff.
It would appear that like many other politicians, Clyburn is feeding the family tree from campaign funds.
Plenty for All
So, we all know how this works, right?
Politicians have been finding ways to dip their mitts into the campaign register since fundraising started, and Clyburn is no different.
Clyburn has been paying out some big salaries to his nearest and dearest.
He paid out $57,500 to a company associated with his daughter.
Another $94,000 went to her husband.
His daughter, who was previously a schoolteacher, also landed a huge appointment by Biden on a committee whose purpose is alleviating economic hardships along the southeastern United States.
Does that sound like something teaching kids gives you experience to do?
I guess this would explain why Clyburn is all-in on an 82-year-old Biden being sworn into office in 2024.
He needs to keep the money train rolling!
