If you are a Republican or conservative, even asking a question about the integrity of an election is a crime.
If you are a Democrat or someone helping Democrats, however, that bar gets significantly raised.
That has become painfully apparent after seeing the sentence handed down to Kevin Clinesmith, a former FBI attorney.
Neck Deep
Clinesmith was altering emails that were used to justify the Russian collusion investigation that was conducted by the FBI into Donald Trump and some of his campaign officials.
Clinesmith pleaded guilty and in his deal, he only received a one-year suspension of his law license.
Because the evidence against Trump basically did not exist, Clinesmith and a rogue group of FBI agents decided to invent evidence and use information they knew to be bogus to issue FISA warrants.
As we have seen congressional investigations pan out, it has become painfully clear that the alphabet boys are above the law.
If they were not, then people like James Comey would already be behind bars.
When they get away with these types of crimes, it makes it pretty clear that the scales of justice are quite tilted when the “in” crowd finds themselves in cuffs.
