Popular TV Star DEAD… Fans DEVASTATED

One of the more entertaining characters from “The Wire” has passed away.

Al Brown, who played Colonel Stan Valchek, is dead.

Brown was 83 years old.

He’s Gone…

Brown’s manager broke the news on his social media page.

He wrote, “I am sad to let you know that angels came for Al yesterday morning, Friday, January 13, 2023. May his memory be a blessing to his family, his friends, and each of you.

“This page will remain as a testimony to Al’s work and love for his fans.”

Brown was actually on numerous hit TV shows, such as “Rescue Me,” “Forensic Files,” and “Law & Order: SVU.”

He also had roles in ”The Replacements,” “12 Monkeys,” “Lay the Favorite,” and “Red Dragon.”

While most of his TV roles were brief appearances, he was a regular on “The Wire,” serving as an antagonist to his fellow police officers investigating the drug trade in Baltimore.

Rest in peace, Al.
