There are some companies that in the past decade, mostly due to Obama and later Biden policies, that somehow after being in business forever have been forced to cut back on the number of locations or shut the doors completely and totally.
Sears comes to mind. My father is well into his late seventies, and when I was talking to him a couple of weeks ago I told him about how he told me about the last time he went to Sears.
It hit him like a bolt of lightning that the last time he went to Sears was in fact, the LAST time he went to Sears.
Countless companies have been forced to do this in recent years. Of course, the ones that just close a great number of locations will just try to spin it into something good by saying that they are trying to do something new.
It’s like a small family-run diner that is in my area.
About a year and a half ago they announced that they were going to be closing earlier in the day because they wanted to “spend more time with their families”, which instantly hit me with a big red flag.
It’s a business where every member of the family works in the diner. So somehow closing earlier is allowing them to spend more time with their family? Doesn’t make any sense.
One company that has recently been hit with a case of the Democrat drip is Macy’s. Now I know you are probably wondering how bad could it have gotten that Macy’s is talking about closing up some stores. It’s pretty darned bad people.
It seems that by the end of the year, Macy’s is announcing that they intend to close one hundred and fifty locations. After doing some quick calculating on my end, that’s roughly a quarter of all their locations.
They are saying that they are closing what they deem as “underperforming stores” and trying to go a different direction. One of two stores being closed to try something new I might be able to buy. Maybe ten or twelve.
But a quarter of all of your stores? That just screams that someone fell asleep at the switch a long damn time ago and that they are hitting every emergency break that they can.
Of course, you’ll be able to check to see if your local store is being affected. It’s all part of the Democrat plan, to keep us under their thumb by making us pay for something we either need or want.
