The order in question was the “public charge” rule, which, under Trump, prevented anyone who would need public assistance from applying for permanent residency.
Joe Biden redefined the term to make it easier for freeloaders to gain residency.
Chief Justice Roberts, even in his refusal, noted that he has some serious concerns about how Biden is rewriting laws these days.
In addition to this rule, Biden also created another new immigration rule.
He is now allowing 30,000 parole entries into the country every month from select countries.
Biden critics have stated this is just another way to lower illegal encounter numbers by reclassifying this specific group.
