FDA Says They Need Until 2096 Before They Will Release the Truth

The truth may come out one day, but not tomorrow. Given the current state of affairs, it makes total sense that information on at least one vaccine will remain unavailable for a long time. Many people currently alive that experienced this will have passed away after 75 years. There are cultures across the world in which information on something is withheld even after death because it will damage a family’s reputation.

You can ask for the truth

But you don’t know if you’ll receive it. The FDA asked a federal court if it could have 55 years before releasing the data on the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. Now, the FDA has asked for 75 years.

The FDA had at first agreed to releasing 500 pages each month out of a total of 59,000 pages. Now another 20 years has been requested. The irony is that there was no trouble rushing everything through for Pfizer-BioNTech to be granted emergency use authorization.

Lawyers working on the truth

The Epoch times reported attorney Aaron Siri is working on this. “That discovery, and a desire to make sure it can work on other Freedom of Information Act requests at the same time, prompted the fresh request to the judge to allow production of roughly 12,000 pages by Jan. 31, 2022, and 500 pages per month thereafter. If you find what you are reading difficult to believe – that is because it is dystopian for the government to give Pfizer billions, mandate Americans to take its product, prohibit Americans from suing for harms, but yet refuse to let Americans see the data underlying its licensure,”

The Public Health Medical Professionals for Transparency or PHMPT asked Siri to take this on. The PHMPT says the FDA is dragging its feet for requests for information. A couple members of PHMPT consist of Dr. Carole Browner, research professor at the University of California, David Geffen School of Medicine; Peter Doshi, associate professor at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy and Dr. Harvey Risch, professor of epidemiology at the Yale School of Public Health.

The truth may hide for a long time

If the FDA was capable of going through that 59,000 pages in 108 days to allow the Pfizer-BioNTech injection at the EUA, there’s no reason it should need years to release information to the public.

Siri wrote, “The entire purpose of FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) is government transparency.

In multiple recent cases, in upholding the FOIA’s requirement to ‘make the records promptly available,’ courts have required agencies, including the FDA, to produce 10,000 or more pages per month, and those cases did not involve a request nearly this important – i.e., the data underlying licensure of a liability-free product that the federal government requires nearly all Americans to receive.” The FDA whined that the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research is short staffed, only 10 members and two of them are new. There are other requests for information they have to process too! The FDA said pushing this faster would take, “significant resources away from the processing of other FOIA requests that are also in litigation.”
