I can say without question that if I were running for office, anyone who had even sniffed the same air as Jeffrey Epstein could keep their money.
Why any politician would want to be associated with anyone that went on that island is beyond him.

Large political donations are made for one of three reasons: protection, access, and/influence.
When you or I drop a check for a few hundred bucks, it is no big deal.
When someone like George Soros, or in this case, Reid Hoffman, drops a six-figure donation, well, there is something expected in return for that donation.
Hoffman, as it turns out, was buddies with Epstein and reportedly visited his pedophile island.
He also hosted a massive fundraiser for Biden on April 26.
When the last plate was cleared, Hoffman dropped just shy of $700,000 into Biden’s Victory Fund.
Hoffman not only spent time on the island, but he was also planning a little trip with Epstein to New York to stay at Epstein’s townhouse.
Hoffman is playing the “I did not know card,” stating, “My last interaction with Epstein was in 2015.
“Still, by agreeing to participate in any fundraising activity where Epstein was present, I helped to repair his reputation and perpetuate injustice.
“For this, I am deeply regretful.”
I say hogwash… everyone on the planet knew what Epstein was up to and Hoffman had traveled to that island, he was more than likely partaking in the fruit.
And now he has Joe Biden’s ear… just some food for thought.
