Well, it was bound to happen.
We finally have a case of a biological man who identifies as a woman upsetting women in the locker room.
The incident happened at an Ohio YMCA.
But I’m a Woman
If you allow man who identifies as a woman but still has his equipment into a women’s locker room and he/she strips down, what do you expect to happen.
Well, we can actually answer that question thanks to Darren Glines.
Glines stripped down and the ladies went ballistic when they saw that the “lady” was actually packing more than a tampon in those panties.
Xenia City Council president William Urschel was overheard in a conversation with another member discussing the case, stating, “So she went to the front desk and said, ‘Hey, I don’t know if you know what’s going on, but there’s a naked man in there.’
“She was informed, ‘No, this is actually a woman, and that you shouldn’t be disturbed by this.'”

Now the question if those charges are going to stick.
Not likely says Thaddeus Hoffmeister, Professor of Law at the University of Dayton.
“It’s going to be difficult to convict this person of public indecency.
“My understanding is that the YMCA granted this person permission.
“They identify as a woman, they went into the women’s bathroom.
“YMCA says transgender individuals could go to the bathroom they identify in.
“I don’t see them breaking the law.”
So, I have the solution… if you are transgender and want to use the identifying bathroom, you have to have the surgery before you can do that.
I mean, it is only fair, right? If you are using the ladies room, you should not be able to stand and pee, just saying.
